Referral must come through the courts or the Youth Probation Officer.

Youth Justice Worker Program: Community Work Service, Alternative Measures, and Intensive Supervision and Support for Young Offenders.

Youth Justice Hostel: A Residential home setting, provided as an alternative to remand or sentenced custody, for young offenders awaiting trial or disposition, or who are on an undertaking.
