British Columbia Ambulance Service (Patient Transfer Services)

BCAS has a number of dedicated ground ambulance transfer vehicles available for patient transfers, but also utilizes emergency fleet ambulances, in-between 9-1-1 calls, to transfer patient between health care facilities. Emergency medical care and patient transfer services; providing pre-hospital emergency services and inter-facility patient transfers throughout the province. BCEHS oversees the BC Ambulance Service and the BC Patient Transfer Network.
