Sheena Lee Clinical Counsellor

I work with an array of people, from teenagers who are trying to figure out where they fit in the world, to first responders prioritizing their mental health so they can remain in their chosen careers. I work with survivors of sexual abuse, people who have experienced loss and  those struggling with anxiety or just feel stuck in their lives. 

My previous career as a midwife, has given me experience with post partum depression and anxiety, as well as supporting families through the transition to parenthood. 

I use a combination of polyvagal theory, OEI, humanistic approach, and CBT; With a deep belief in peoples' inherant resilience.
