Making Sense of Pain

Making Sense of Pain is a 10 week program developed by Pain BC and offered as a free program through VK Community Connections in collaboration with Dr. Chisholm at Suncoast Integrated Health.

This 10 week program will help those suffering with chronic pain to regain their power and regain their life. Learn the neuroscience behind pain processing, how stress, mood, diet, pacing, activity, sleep, medications, and supports can change your pain. Develop an individualized pain program tailored to your goals with a chronic pain professional.

Attend in person or online as needed. Gas cards and childcare vouchers can be provided.
