Resilient Health

Michelle Riddle is an Occupational Therapist, Holistic Nutritionist, and Advisory Committee Member for the 'Sprouts of Hope' project with Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation/University of Alberta's Neurosciences Division.  She has more than 25 years experience with community health practices.

Resilient Health Programs offer:

            1)  Resilience against Chronic Conditions like autism, anxiety, obesity, mood disorders,                         neurological disease, cardiac conditions, addiction, chronic pain, .... 

                        Discover strategies to combat symptoms, harness energy, and promote whole body wellness from the inside out.  Services are offered on an individual or group basis.

             2)  Habits for Health

                        Community workshops or individualized training designed to foster conscious living practices that build our cultural capacity for health.
