Pilates and Fitness Classes

Pilates is a controlled method of exercise with a focus on the deep abdominal and back muscles in correct postural alignment to develop strength and flexibility through the whole body.  PIlates uses a specific method of breathing to assist with mindful focus while exercising.

Classes are small (maximum of 8 students) to provide a "hands-on" experience with the ability to modify and personalize movements where necessary.
