I offer a mind body therapy approach to anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional upset, stress and relationship difficulties. Also known as self-regulation therapy my approach helps your nervous system to better tolerate and manage strong emotions. It includes present-moment mindfulness practices, body-based tools and strategies.
My style is relational (also referred to as attachment style therapy). It means that it's important that you feel comfortable working with me and that you feel we have a good connection.
