PR Home Care Services

PR Home Care Services offers home support to seniors in the community wishing to remain at home. Our competant, caring nurses provide an in home assessment and developments of a individual care plan to suit client's needs. We provide assistance with personal care and bathing, meal planning and preparation, medications reminders/administration, shopping, escort to appointments, light housekeeping and laundry. We provide home blood draws for those that cannot get to the hospital, and we have two in office or home nursing footcare providers. 

We have home safety equipment such as walkers, canes, safety rails for bed, tub, stocking aides, commodes, raised tiolet seat to name a few.
