Community Life Program: We offer a range of activities each that a participant can choose from. They include: Art, music, dance and theatre. Personal development activities such as communication and social skills. Vocational Activities such as computer use.

Individual interests & hobbies. Supported Living and Community Inclusion: Staff assist with budgets, maintaining your home, managing health and personal care, nutrition, employment, personal networks.

Community Connecter:

The Community Connector establishes and maintains a warm and personal relationship with each person served and encourages the active involvement of family members, friends and neighbours in each person's life. Services focuses on the development of skills that will assist them in achieving greater independence in their lives and/or on the development of personal networks through active participation in community.
