PHYSICIAN REFERRAL IS REQUIRED IF CONSULTATION WITH A PSYCHIATRIST IS REQUIRED. ADDICTION PROGRAMS ARE FOR YOUTH UNDER AGE 19 AS WELL AS ADULTS.
