Run to Quit pairs the quitting expertise of the Canadian Cancer Society with Running Room’s learn to walk or run 5km clinics. The program greatly increases a person’s chances of quitting smoking while encouraging increased physical activity.more info

SMART Recovery (Self-Management and Recovery Training) is open to any member of the public who is struggling with addictive behaviours. Available on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 at the CRC (4752 Joyce Ave), or online at www.smartrecovery.org more info

Our purpose is to provide resources and support for those who are affected by the addictions of a loved one. Our method is based on the tools of SMART Recovery (Self-Management and Recovery Training) and CRAFT (Community Reinforcement Approach & Family Training).
