PHYSICIAN REFERRAL IS REQUIRED IF CONSULTATION WITH A PSYCHIATRIST IS REQUIRED. ADDICTION PROGRAMS ARE FOR YOUTH UNDER AGE 19 AS WELL AS ADULTS. NOTE: MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR YOUTH UNDER AGE 19 ARE PROVIDED THROUGH THE MINISTRY OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY DEVELOPMENT - CHILD AND YOUTH MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM.more info
